Amendment Watch
ZoneSheet already reads the published impact fee and utility connection schedules for the metros it covers, and cites each one with its effective date. Amendment Watch checks those same documents every day and emails you when one of them actually changes.
Every document it watches today:
How it avoids crying wolf. Dates, session tokens and render timestamps are stripped out before anything is compared, and a difference has to show up on two consecutive days before you hear from us. A city touching its own footer is not an amendment, and you will not get an email about it.
What it hands you. The day a watched document changes, you get an email naming it and a link straight to the authority's own page, so you read the change at the source rather than through anyone's summary of it. For a document published as a PDF, that is the notice that it was republished and the page to read it on.
One email per confirmed change, and nothing else. There is no separate charge for it today. See exactly what is watched, live.
