> Turn municipal zoning and permit PDFs into clean, structured data sheets: setbacks, height, FAR, lot coverage, uses, parking, and fees, each cited to the source.

ZoneSheet reads the zoning or permit PDF a user already has and extracts setbacks, max building
height, floor-area ratio, lot coverage, allowed uses, parking minimums, and key fees, each value
cited to a verbatim snippet from the source. It works for any US jurisdiction whose ordinance is a PDF with a text
layer, because it reads the document rather than a preloaded database; whole ordinances of several
hundred pages work. Scanned, image-only PDFs are not supported yet.
